The contact owns a 2023 Jeep Wrangler. The contact stated while the vehicle was at a red light, the vehicle stalled, the transmission failed, and another vehicle crashed into the rear end of the vehicle. The air bags did not deploy. There was an abnormal sound coming from the inside of the vehicle prior to the crash. The battery warning light was intermittently illuminated. A police report was not filed. No medical attention was sought. The vehicle was not destroyed and there was no severe cosmetic damage. The vehicle was taken to a dealer to get a diagnosis.
