I leased a 2024 CR-V Sport Hybrid in April 2024. And in early October I backed out of a parking spot. When I applied the brakes there was no response and I back into a parked car. No damage was done to it but I had an estimate of $2000.00 to mine since it was on the hatch back door. I didn't report it because I thought it was my fault. But on Friday Nov. 29, 2024 as I was parallel parking I reversed into the spot and straighten out my vehicle. I put it into gear and started moving forward about six feet slowly. When I went to apply the brakes nothing happened again and I hit my wifeâs car in front of me. The CR-V Owners Club has reported a similar incident.
