## Narrative
The right front wheel may drop as soon as the tilt lock is released. The rider may fall over onto the ground unless the rider is fully prepared to support the weight of the bike. I can only assume this vehicle tends to fall to the right because the shift lock lever is on the right and the riders weight and focus may be slightly biased in this direction. I have pictures of the wheel stuck in a completely sunken position. I have spoken with others or seen their reports on facebook and on cycle world comments section. What they are describing is the same as what happened to me. I contacted Piaggio USA and they seem indifferent. Rider error at zero miles per hour? Maybe on two wheels but not a 3 wheeler where 2 wheels are in the front. This is an issue that should not happen. From what I can tell this is an issue with only the newer models 2023-2024. Piaggio has made this trike since 2007. I find it hard to believe that there isn’t even a warning sticker. I have suggested that piaggio not allow the bike to lean over beyond a certain degree when not moving. This could be really dangerous if a rider was in traffic , especially if the rider is in front of a large truck, bus or suv and driver doesn’t see that the rider in front of them has fallen over and is out of their field of vision. If I didn’t like riding it so much and I was unbiased I would say that Piaggio shouldn’t be allowed to sell the MP3 530 and they should be forced to either fix the issu
