The contact owned a 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee L. The contact stated that upon pulling into a parking spot and depressing the brake pedal to come to a stop, the vehicle failed to respond. The vehicle rolled up the curb, went through the plate glass of a building, and stopped. There was no warning light illuminated. The air bags did not deploy. The contact exited the vehicle through the liftgate. There were no injuries sustained. The building was damaged. A police report was filed.
