## Narrative
The Maxi Cosi Luxe Mico is poorly designed and defective. The first car seat I received was falling apart, the Styrofoam by the head was separating from the seat, and there was a step off in the mid to lower back of the center of the seat where the baby's back would be positioned. I did not notice the step-off until after I received the replacement seat. This infant seat has very little back support, this car seat was wrecking havoc on my daughter's back. I ended up taking her to the chiropractor. She would cry once the car was in motion. A very low cry with tears, she was petrified to move in it. I only noticed it because I sit in the back with her. My daughter had an adjustment just around the same area where the step off is in the back. Please recall this car seat immediately. I regret ever putting my baby in this car seat. When I submitted a review on the manufacturers website they omitted my pictures, and would not allow for a video to be uploaded. I also saw other parents posting picture of a similar defect that my first car seat had. I uploaded pictures of the original car seat that I received and the info of the current seat I have when the manufacturer replaced it. In the picture that I am pointing shows the crease where there is a noticeable step off underneath the really thin cushion.
