The contact rented a 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The contact stated while driving at an undisclosed speed, the vehicle independently accelerated. The service brakes were depressed, however the vehicle failed to stop as intended. In addition, the contact stated that when the vehicle stopped, the vehicle jerked forward.
