## Narrative
On Nov. 15, 2023, this vehicle had an episode of unintended acceleration as I was pulling into our garage. I am concerned about a recurrence of unintended acceleration putting myself and others at risk. I have elected not to have the damage from the second accident repaired since I will not be driving this car again. I contacted American Honda again after the second incident. I provided them with documentation of the damage to the car along with insurance claims and repair bills. The case is now in the mediation department at American Honda. I am waiting
