## Narrative
The contact owned a 2019 Nissan Murano. The contact stated while driving 65 MPH downhill around a bend, a deer was on the road and the vehicle struck the deer. The driver's side air bag and knee air bag deployed; however, the front passengerâs side air bag had not deployed. There were several unknown warning lights illuminated. The contact pulled the vehicle over to the side of the road. The contact attempted to reconnect the driverâs side seat belt; however, the seat belt failed to connect. A Police report was not filed. The contact was taken to Urgent Care by his wife. The contact had sustained a concussion. The vehicle was towed to the residence. The Insurance provider was contacted and deemed the vehicle a total loss. The Insurance provider towed the vehicle to a storage yard. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 68,000.
