I was in a auto accident where I was hit at a high speed on my passenger front side resulting in my airbags to deploy along with my seatbelt failing to hold me in the seat where the seatbelt became fully extended and unlatched and wonât retract back into place resulting in me having a perforated small intestine and colon damage. I had to have trauma surgery to repair my small intestine where I had 22 staples in my stomach and a hospital stay of 5 days as a result. Vehicle has not been inspected by an inspector, but was inspected by adjuster with auto insurance which stated they felt the seatbelt failed. A lawyer wouldnât take the case to look further into the vehicle. The vehicle was on hold with the insurance agency but will be released for auction shortly. Since purchasing the vehicle, there has been numerous issues, including driver side window, not rolling down radio staying on while the car is shut off and door open and Bluetooth issue along with jerking of vehicle in motion.
