## Narrative
This vehicle was owned by my husband and I was the primary driver, with our two young children as passengers on a daily basis. I was in auto accident 5/4/06 and again 10/31/06 without the airbags deployment- due to the fact they were not installed in the car. The airbags were never replaced after a previous accident, they were being stored under a desk in the automotive repair facility.  I was rear ended while stopped in both accidents.
