I waited another two hours for a flatbed truck to tow the vehicle to the dealership. A few days later, I received notification that my engine had seized, necessitating an engine replacement. The dealership informed me that the 6.2-liter engine was experiencing a national backorder. I had purchased this used vehicle less than a month prior and had not yet made my initial payment. Consequently, I find myself without a vehicle. The dealership has been unable to provide an accurate timeline for the repair to be completed.
