The contact owns a 2020 Chevrolet Blazer. The contact stated that while driving at approximately 65 MPH when a semi-truck crashed into the rear of the vehicle on the driver's side of the vehicle. The vehicle began to spin, causing it to go into the lane the semi-truck was in, and it was hit on the driver's side of the vehicle several times. The vehicle ended up crashing into the median and coming to a stop. The air bags did not deploy. The contact received neck injuries, spinal injuries, headaches, consistent ringing of the ears, shoulder injuries, and hip injuries. Medical attention was needed. A police report was filed. The vehicle was towed and taken to the dealer, who repaired the driver's side doors, tires, rims, and other parts of the body of the vehicle that the contact was unable to identify.
