## Narrative
On [XXX], at the intersection of [XXX] and [XXX] in Los Angeles, [XXX] was operating the subject vehicle when it was involved in a hit-and-run that resulted in a secondary collision with multiple vehicles. Photos (attached) document the significant impact. Emergency responders were required to extricate [XXX]from the vehicle, during which they informed her that the airbags failed to deploy—a fact also documented in the official LAPD report. The failure of the airbag system represents a significant and dangerous malfunction of the vehicle’s safety features. This is particularly troubling in light of Toyota’s recent recall, which affects more than 400,000 vehicles.
