The contact stated that while driving approximately 10 mph on the last lane during traffic, and depressed the brake pedal when another vehicle suddenly rear-ended their vehicle, causing them to rear-end the vehicle in front. The vehicle that rear-ended the contact was also rear-ended as a result of the crash, causing a second impact from the rear to the contact's vehicle. As a result, the contact's vehicle rear-ended the vehicle in front a second time. The incident involved 6 vehicles in total. The air bags failed to deploy.
