## Narrative
I bought a FAHREN H13/9008 Bulb ASIN: B0DG8ZW3FJ on Amazon on May 14 and installed it on my car. When I went out at night and passed a dark place, I turned on the headlights. After only about 10 seconds, the headlights began to smoke and catch fire. I stopped and stood next to the left headlight to check the situation. The bulb continued to spontaneously burn and then exploded. I was also scratched on the arm by the glass fragments caused by the explosion. The report presented by the California Fire Department showed that the FAHREN brand 9008 headlight bulb spontaneously ignited, caught fire and exploded.
