The contact owned a 2004 Honda Odyssey equipped with Michelin CrossClimate 2 Tires, Tire Size 255/60R112VXL, DOT Number: Not Available. The contact stated that while her husband was driving at an unknown speed and turning a corner, the front driver's side tire suddenly blew out, causing the vehicle to roll a few times, then flip, crashing into a tree where it came to a stop.
