AN ACCIDENT OCCURRED WHICH CAUSED VEHICLE OFF THE ROAD, AND ROLLOVER INTO AN EMBANKMENT. UPON IMPACT, BOTH AIR BAGS FAILED TO DEPLOY, RESULTING IN ONE FATALITY. DEALER NOTIFIED. *AK *ML
