WHILE APPLYING THE BRAKES TO THE FLOORBOARD VEHICLE CONTINUED TO  TRAVEL.   AS RESULT OF BRAKE FAILURE,  CONSUMER WAS IN AN ACCIDENT.  AIR BAGS DID NOT DEPLOY, AND DRIVER SUSTAINED INJURIES.  PLEASE PROVIDE FURTHER INFORMATION. *AK
