The contact stated that the tire had rolled away in front of the vehicle. The contact stated that there were scrapes and deformation to the bumper on the passenger side, also the wheel well, tire hub, and the passenger door were damaged due to contact with the road. The contact had the vehicle towed to an independent mechanic. The mechanic determined that all but one lug nut had sheared off the bolts. The only lug nut left was jammed in the rim of the tire.
