The contact owns a 2024 Chevrolet Traverse. The contact stated that while attempting to open the hatch, the hatch opened and then unintendedly lowered within seconds. The contact stated that her husband had sustained a minor injury to the head while placing groceries in the vehicle when the hatch closed. The vehicle was taken to a local dealer, where it was diagnosed, and the contact was informed that the rear hatch motor was faulty and needed to be replaced.
