The complaint was filed on behalf of the contact's mother who owns a 2023 Nissan Rogue. The contact stated that while the contact's mother was driving at an undisclosed speed, the vehicle's speed independently increased. The contact's mother depressed the brake pedal; however, the vehicle failed to stop as intended. The contact stated that the vehicle was uncontrollable.
