The issue is that the rear light on both sides has a sharp plastic edge and Iâve actually cut myself on it twice. I took it to the dealer, and they said they couldnât really replace it because itâs the same on other Honda Pilots, so it seems to be a common issue. Basically, itâs a safety concern with that sharp edge.
