## Narrative
Our granddaughter was in the 3rd row seat with a seat belt. We think she put the shoulder part behind her back. After she unbuckled, she tried to exit but the seat belt ILR locked her in. The seat belt wrapped around her waist and locked her in.  She could not move - or get out. We tried for 30 mins and finally cut the seat belt.
