## Narrative
NHTSA Online Complaint  Vehicle: 2019 Nissan Altima VIN: [XXX]  Recall: R25B1 (NHTSA Recall No. 25V-437)  Description of the Problem: My vehicle is affected by recall R25B1 (NHTSA Recall No. 25V-437) related to potential bearing failures in the 2.0L VC-Turbo engine. Nissan announced this recall on June 26, 2025, but the status remains “Incomplete – remedy not yet available.”  I have contacted Nissan Consumer Affairs and local dealerships several times, but they confirmed that there is no repair or parts available. Due to this unresolved safety recall, my state’s DMV has refused to register my vehicle, meaning I cannot legally operate it.  This delay has caused significant hardship and prevents me from using my vehicle, even though the recall involves a critical safety risk (potential engine failure while driving). I am requesting that NHTSA investigate this issue and require Nissan to expedite a remedy for recall R25B1.  I need a car urgently to drive to work.
