[XXX] was renting a 2024 Jeep Wrangler E with VIN # [XXX] and was charging the vehicle with the factory Jeep adapter provided. While disconnecting, Ms. [XXX] was shocked at the connection point from the extension cord to the adapter. Ms. [XXX] was wearing shoes and the area was dry. The extension cord used had no defects.
