On 11/1/2025 my 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe lost propulsion in a middle of a left turn do to a recall that was sent to me 4 days prior. The jeep completely stopped and caused another person to rear end me. The recall has since been fixed but my damages have not yet been fixed. I was in an accident due to this Jeep recall and I now have damage to my vehicle and a ticket from the police for stopping in the middle of an intersection. I opened a case with jeep customer care 2 weeks ago and havenât since received ANY update. I need assistance because nobody is taking accountability or fixing anything.
