## Narrative
I have had multiple issues with this vehicle and it has been in the shop more than 80 days between April and Oct 2025. First, the entire battery system went out in the all electric vehicle. Honda said that since it was a collaboration car with GM, that it would take a long time to fix because their technicians weren’t very familiar. It took almost 8 weeks in the shop before we got it back. Not long after, the entire dash (electronics) went out and the shop had it again for over a week. they never found or could replicate the issue.  The vehicle went back in after having multiple incidents of emergency braking when there was no emergency, or even vehicles in my vicinity. The final time this happened, I was traveling nearly 25 miles per hour and the car decided to slam on the brakes, making me feel like I hit a brick wall. My head slammed the steering wheel and my daughter was terrified. I drove it straight to the dealership and they said “what’s wrong with the car this time”…they had it for weeks, couldn’t replicate the issue and tell me it’s fine and to take it home. They suggest TURNING OFF THE SAFETY STSTEM AS A FIX, which seems criminal. The safety features should work properly. I shouldn’t be instructed to turn them off. I am very frustrated and have been working with Honda on a buy back out of good faith, but it’s been weeks and we have no answer.
