The contact owns a 2015 Jaguar XJ. The contact stated that while driving at approximately 50 MPH, the steering wheel unexpectedly seized with no warning lights illuminated. The contact stated that as a result of the failure, the vehicle hydroplaned and collided with a jersey wall. The contact sustained back and neck injuries; however, no medical treatment was received. A police report was filed. The contact also stated that none of the air bag deployed during the incident.
