## Narrative
The seatbelt in a 2026 Toyota Camry Hybrid (VIN: [XXX]) has unexpectedly unbuckled during normal driving conditions. This has occurred on three separate occasions.  On [XXX], the seatbelt unbuckled during vehicle operation, contributing to injury during a single-vehicle accident in Texas. The injured occupant was evaluated at a military hospital.  The seatbelt was properly fastened prior to the incident, and no warning lights were present.
