On 2/19/2026 I was taking an freeway exit ramp from I 15 south to Carrol Carrol canyon and I stepped on the brake but the car did not slow (my perception was it was speeding up), the vehicle collision warning did not sound and the vehicle did not emergency brake, therefore I hit a stopped vehicle at a stoplight.
