## Narrative
I been in three accidents in this vehicle license plate [XXX]  n the air bag never deployed when it should of .I was covered by farmers insurance on XXX claim number XXX-1 the other one on XXX claim number XXX-1.The other accident was on 01-12-2024 for this one I was covered by pacific adjusting and claim. Claim number XXX .Now I'm getting a default airbag code when it never came on before I'm putting my family at risk every time we use it I'm worried that it will go off for no reason n cause serous injury to us I tired calling honda n where I bought it from they just keep giving me the run around one of the accidents a truck ran the stop sign and I hit it going about 55 mph on the drivers side n no air bag for that reason it is not salvage title please get back to me my phone number is [XXX]  INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)
