While the contactâs wife was searching through the vehicle, she sustained a cut on the right forearm but did not seek medical assistance. The contact had not sustained any injuries. The contact stated that while driving to the dealer later, the shattered sunroof glass flew off and fell onto the tonneau cover. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, where the contact was informed that an assessment was being made to determine whether the failure had occurred due to an external impact.
