## Narrative
THE RIGHT REAR WHEEL AXLE SHEARED IN TWO, CAUSING THE WHEEL TO FALL OFF.  THE VEHICLE BECAME VIOLENT, THEN COMPLETELY ROLLED OVER.  NONE OF THE AIRBAGS DEPLOYED.  WE WOULD LIKE A COMPLETE INVESTIGATION.
