CONSUMER WAS TRAVELING 15MPH AND ENTERING INTO A SCHOOL PARKING LOT AND SHE RAN OVER A SPEED BUMP.  REAR RIGHT WHEEL FELL OFF  DUE TO  MATERIAL THAT WAS ATTACHED TO  WHEEL WAS DEFECTIVE.  DEALERSHIP AWARE OF  PROBLEM. *AK
