OFFSET FRONTAL COLLISION OCCURRED WITH MANUAL SEAT ADJUSTMENT THAT FAILED TO ENGAGE CAUSING SEAT AND DRIVER TOGO 6 TO 18" FORWARD IN CRASH THAT SHOULD HAVE RESULTED IN NO INJURY. INJURY TO RIGHT FOOT AND ANKLE. *AK
