WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 65 MPH FRONT RIGHT TIRE BROKE OFF TRUCK AND BOUNCED AWAY.  VEHICLE THAN FELL ON  RIGHT SIDE AND DRAGGED UNTIL VECHICLE STOPPED.   ENTIRE FRAME  WAS DESTROYED.
