WHILE DRIVING AT 35 MPH AND ATTEMPTING TO STOP BRAKES  AND  EMERGENCY PARKING BRAKE WOULD NOT ENGAGE TO SLOW  VEHICLE DOWN.   CONSUMER IMPACTED A VEHICLE IN FRONT, AND SUFFERED A BLOODY NOSE WHEN  AIR BAGS DEPLOYED.  PLEASE PROVIDE ANY ADDITIONAL INFORMATION/ATTACHMENTS.*AK
