CAR WAS HIT WITH SPEED ABOUT 45 TO THE RIGHT SIDE, AIR BAG DID NOT DEPLOYED AND THE DRIVER SEATBELT BROKE.    STATED SEAT BELT BROKE AND AT THE BUCKLE DURING THE CRASH.  WILL SEND PHOTOS TO ODI.  THE SEAT BELT PRETENSIONER RECALL WAS PERFORMED ON THE VEHICLE.  CW
