LEXUS ES300 LEFT ROAD AND FLIPPED ONE TIME.  DRIVER'S DOOR CAME OPEN AND BUCKLED SEATBELT DID NOT HOLD DRIVER IN CAR.  DRIVER'S HEAD ENDED UP UNDER THE DRIVER'S SIDE ROOF DOOR JAMMED AND KILLED INSTANTLY.*AK
