WHILE TRAVELING ABOUT 60MPH ON  HIGHWAY CONSUMER WAS BLINDED BY THE SUN. CONSUMER PULLED OVER TO THE SHOULDER AND HIT AN  ALUMINUM MERIDIAN STRIP. UPON IMPACT, DUAL AIRBAGS DIDN'T DEPLOY.    PH.    *AK
