## Narrative
THE AUTOMATIC DOOR FAILED TO RELEASE FROM THE INTERIOR AND A CHILD'S FINGER BECAME CAUGHT IN THE DOOR.  THE CONSUMER HAD TO USE A CROWBAR TO RELEASE THE CHILD'S FINGER. THE CONSUMER REQUESTED THE DOOR BE REPLACED WITH A MANUAL DOOR, HOWEVER GM REFUSED, BECAUSE THEY STATED THE DOOR PERFORMED AS DESIGNED.   *AK   JB
