CONSUMER RECEIVED A RECALL  NOTICE FOR  DRIVER'S SIDE RECLINER. HOWEVER,IT  WAS THE PASSENGER'S SIDE RECLINER THAT BROKE.  CONSUMER'S  HUSBAND SUSTAINED  BACK INJURY  WHEN HE SAT IN THE PASSENGER'S SIDE SEAT AFTER HAVING BACK SURGERY AND THE BOLTS BROKE.  *AK
