WHEN DRIVING AT 12 MPH VEHICLE SURGED FORWARD.  THIS CAUSED THE CONSUMER TO LOSE CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE AND HIT FIVE PARKED VEHICLES IN THE PARKING LOT HEAD ON BEFORE STOPPING. UPON IMPACT, AIR BAGS FAILED TO DEPLOY.  *AK  SEE VOQ 10083277.  *DSY
