WHILE DRIVING  APPROXIMATELY 30 MPH IN HEAVY RAIN  WINDSHIELD WIPERS STOPPED WORKING.  CONSUMER SMELLED BURNING PLASTIC, AND  VEHICLE CAUGHT ON FIRE.  CONSUMER WAS ABLE TO MAINTAIN CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE AND PULLED OVER.  THE RAIN PUT OUT THE FIRE.  *AK
