WHILE AT A STOP CONSUMER WAS REAR ENDED. THIS CAUSED THE DRIVER'S SEAT FRAME TO SNAP, JERKING THE DRIVER'S SEAT FORWARD. DEALERSHIP WAS NOTIFIED, BUT DID NOT RESOLVE THE PROBLEM. *AK
