WHILE DRIVING 25 MPH THE VEHICLE COLLIDED INTO AN ELECTRIC POST. AS A RESULT, THE PASSENGER SIDE AIRBAG DID NOT DEPLOY AND THE DRIVER SIDE AIRBAG DEPLOYED HALFWAY THEN DEFLATED WITHOUT WARNING.  PLEASE PROVIDE ADDITIONAL INFORMATION.  *JB
