THE CONSUMER RECEIVED A RECALL LETTER INDICATING THAT THE TRANS AXLE FLOOR SHIFTER WAS DEFECTIVE. THE CONSUMER DROVE THE VEHICLE TO WORK IN THE MORNING. THE CONSUMER HAD GOTTEN INTO THE VEHICLE IN THE EVENING TO GO HOME FROM WORK AND THE VEHICLE WOULD NOT START. THE VEHICLE MADE A CLICKING NOISE AND ONLY CRANKED. THE CONSUMER HAD NO WAY TO GET OUT OF THE VEHICLE TO A DEALER TO HAVE RECALL REPAIRS DONE. THE CONSUMER WILL HAVE A MECHANIC LOOK AT THE VEHICLE LATER. *AK *SC
