WHILE DRIVING 70 MPH THE VEHICLE WAS INVOLVED IN A FIVE CAR PILE UP. THE FRONT AND SIDE AIR BAGS DID NOT DEPLOY. THE DRIVER SUSTAINED A SEVERE GASH ON THE HEAD, CUTS AND BRUISES. *SC
