THE ENTIRE DRIVER SIDE SEAT WAS RAISED FROM THE FLOOR AND THE CONSUMER WAS THROWN INTO THE BACK SEAT AFTER BEING REAR ENDED. THE BOLTS WERE LIFTED OUT OF THE FLOOR. THE VEHICLE WAS TOTALED. *JB
