I WAS REAR ENDED.  SEAT BELT DID NOT WORK AS IT SHOULD HAVE,CAUSING ME TO END UP WITH A BAD WHIPLASH.   THE SEAT BELT DOES NOT RETRACT MOST OF THE TIME.   I WAS NEVER NOTIFIED OF THES DEFECTS.*AK
